When your basement is flooding you definitely panic so I was grateful they’re open 7 days a week and picked up the phone on the weekends! Max the owner is extremely knowledgeable and obviously an expert in his field. They came out and pinpointed the issue immediately that plumbers and other contractors missed. Their bid was well below the two other big businesses! I found out they also provide radon services, so when it was time to sell my house I had them come out to do the testing! I’ve had nothing but excellent customer service from everyone on their team from the first call to the bidding process to the guys coming out to waterproof my home!
This Company is absolutely amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional and their work ethic is
truly unsurpassed during these times when Contractors/sub contractors rarely even show up when
they say they will. They not only warrant their work, they actually follow up on it. Basement water problems can be a horrible, repetitive nightmare, but working with these guys is the best you can do to get through it and get results.
